摘要
系统地分析香溪河流域移民安置区的自然资源和区域发展动态，生态环境问题及制约经济发展的主要因素，研究该区资源开发和产业经济发展的重点，讨论区域生态环境建设与可持续发展的对策。
This paper systematically analyzes the superiority of natural resources and the new features of the economic development in the resettlement area of Xiangxi River Basin following the construction of the Three Gorge Project.Both the existing and the latent eco environmental problems that would occur in the area,together with the main factors that restrict the economic development are indicated.The focal points of resource exploitation,industrial development as well as the approaches of regional eco environment construction and sustainable development are also discussed in this paper.
