摘要
大跨度PC斜拉桥是设计、监控、施工高度耦合的结构,而主梁的线形控制效果是PC斜拉桥施工质量的重要指标之一,也是重点和难点。以山东大学纬六路斜拉桥为例,结合该桥的具体施工方案和施工工艺,阐述了主梁的施工流程、施工控制理论与方法,对设计上采用斜拉索一次张拉到位的设计理念给施工控制带来的许多问题,通过采用先进的"双控"方法,建立可行的施工控制方案,并提出了一些实用的处理方法,解决了主梁线形控制问题并减少了调索程序,可为PC斜拉桥设计、施工、监控提供一定的参考。
Large span PC cable-stayed bridge is a structure with the design, monitoring and construction highly coupled, and main girder' s line control effect is an important quality target for PC cable-stayed bridge construction, and is also the key and difficult point. This article, taking the cable-stayed bridge in Weiliulu of Jinan as the example, based on the bridge' s construction plan and techniques, elaborates on the girder' s construction procedure, the construction control theory and the method. In view of many problems brought about to the construction control by the design idea of one-time stressing of the cable, advanced "double controls" meth- od is adopted. This paper establishes the feasible construction control plan and proposes some practical treatment method, which solves the main girder line control problem, reduces cable-adjusting steps, and provides reference for PC cable-stayed bridge design, construction and monitoring.
