江苏低渗油田机采系统效率影响因素分析及对策 被引量:2

摘要 机采系统是油由开发生产过程中的主要耗能单元之一,对于低渗油田生产系统,提高油井机采系统效率是节能降耗的关键。文中通过对江苏油田A厂低渗油田油井机采系统效率的跟踪测试和对比分析,从低渗油藏地质特征、低渗油田油井生产特点入手,围绕油层—井筒—抽油设备所组成的机采系统进行分析,找出低渗油田油井机采系统效率的影响因素,并开展相关的技术研究工作,取得了较好的效果,全厂低渗油田机采系统效率逐年提高,节能效益明显。 Based on the test data correlation ananlyses of the mechanical system efficiency in low permeability oilfield of No.1 production factory, the mechanical producing system which consists of oil bed, borehole, and pumping equipment is ananlyzed from the geologic features of low permeability reservoir and the production characteristics of low permeability oilfield in the paper. Factors influencing the efficiency of the mechanical producing system are found out, and the corresponding technical researches are carried out.The efficiency of the mechanical production system in the factory is being improved year by year.
