摘要
输送带广泛应用于各行各业,输送带接头的好坏直接影响其使用寿命。介绍了输送带粘接的工艺特点,分析了输送带脱胶的原因及硫化粘接接头封口工艺的不合理因素,从橡胶硫化粘接工艺和接头结构设计上采取了相应的技术措施,优化粘接性能,有效提高皮带粘接接头结构的合理性,从而提高接头可靠性和使用寿命。
Conveyor belt is used widely in every walk of life; therefore, the quality of conveyor belt joint directly affects the service life of conveyor belt. Characteristics of the bonding techniques of conveyor belt were introduced. Reasons why conveyor belt comes unglued and the unreasonableness of vulcanized adhe- sive joint sealing process were analyzed. Relevant technical measures was adopted in the techniques of vulcanized rubber bonding process and bonding structures to optimize bonding properties, effectively improve the reasonableness of the belt＇s bonding structure and increase the reliability and service lift of the joint.
