摘要
系统分析了国内外多晶硅产业技术的发展现状与发展趋势,对各种用途多晶硅技术、市场和技术经济风险进行分析并提出拟采取的对策。尤其对光伏电池材料的生产技术改进,提出了具有可行性的技术路线,并针对硅质材料近年来市场强烈波动的客观现实,分析并提出了多晶硅产业的市场客观发展模式。
The status quo and the trend of technological development of poly-silicon industry in China and abroad were analyzed, and the technology, market, economic risk of multi-application of poly-silicon were studied and related countermeasures were considered. Technical courses of better feasibility were brought forward to improve the production and technology for PV cell materials. From the reality of intense fluctuating market of silicon materials in recent years, the developing patterns of poly-silicon were analyzed for reference.
