摘要
目的总结开展临床肝移植的经验。方法从2003年12月～2005年4月间对2例肝炎后终末期肝硬化,3例原发性肝癌患者施行原位肝移植。结果全组成功4例,围手术期死亡1例,直接死亡原因是肝肾综合征、急性肾功衰,最长存活已超过32个月。结论基层医院开展肝移植,初期专业队伍建设非常重要,应精心组织,分工明确,各科通力合作,协调运作是肝移植成功开展的保障。同时应严格掌握适应证,选择条件较好的受体;围手术期的严密监测与正确处理是肝移植成功的关键。
Objective To sum up the experience of carrying out liver transplantation in municipal hospital, Methods From Dec 1999 to Apr 2001,Orthotopic liver transplantation was performed on 2 patient,s with terminal liver cirrhosis,3 with primary liver carcinoma. Results one patient had survived over 32 months. Conclusions The construction of a well organized,distinctly grouped professional team is very important for carrying out liver transplantation during preliminary stage in ordingary hospital.The strict selection and timing of tramplantation ard critical in the preliminary stage of liver tram plantation program, Perioperative comprehensive monitroring and proper manage ment are essential to a successful liver transplantation.
