摘要
为了提高珍珠产量，降低生产成本，建立生产上简便易行的选蚌方法。通过三角帆蚌池塘养殖试验表明，三角帆蚌的主要生长期为4月-10月中，此期间的平均水温〉20℃。对415只体长（a）（7．74±0．42）cm，体宽（b）（1．69±0．14）cm，体高（h）（3．98±0．22）cm的三角帆蚌育珠蚌进行分类统计，分析其体形与产珠量之间的关系。结果表明，三角帆蚌群体的体积（V）大于1．29V^-或者体长大于^3√1．29·（a^-）^3时，珍珠产量高于平均值50％以上。
To establish the feasible approach for the selection of Chinese limnetic pearl mussels, Hyriopsis cumingii （ Lea）, a series of experiments were conducted in the present study. The results could be deduced that the season from the end of April to the middle of October is the main growing period of the H. cumingii （L）. The mean water temperature for the whole main growing period of the H. cumingii （L） is above 20 ℃. The statistic analyses of 451 individuals of H. cumingii （L） were performed to establish the relationship between the pearl quality and the morphologic character. The guideline of volume and the length were used to evaluate the morphologic character of the H. cumingii （L）. The mean length （7.44 ± 0.42） cm, width （1.69 ± 0.14） cm and height （3.98 ± 0.22） cm were obtained by manual measures. Results showed that the fruitful H. cumingii （ L）, which has about 50% higher output than the average, were present to be excellence than the common groups mainly due to the length （≥^3√1.29·（a^-）^3） and the volume （≥1.29V^-）. This study could provide useful information for the later breeding selection of H. cumingii （L） in the practice.
