秸秆直燃发电的生命周期评价 被引量:23

摘要 应用生命周期评价(LCA)方法,以秸秆直燃发电项目为研究对象,对秸秆的种植、运输、粉碎干燥和燃烧发电等4个过程进行了清单分析,并分别计算出4个过程的能耗及其对环境的影响。结果表明,每燃烧100kg秸秆发电,对环境的总影响负荷水稻秸为247.36毫人当量,小麦秸为268.74毫人当量,玉米秸为267.33毫人当量。秸秆直燃发电对环境影响主要为烟尘和灰尘,对局部地区的影响占据首位。以水稻秸秆为例,100kg水稻秸秆在直燃发电过程中整个系统共从环境吸收CO_2167.60kg,向环境释放CO_2164.24kg,由此看到,秸秆直燃发电项目在减少温室气体排放上能起积极作用。 Four stages of the straw generation project by direct combustion such as planting, transportation, smashing & drying and combustion for power generation were analyzed by means of LCA. The energy consumption and the impact on environment in each stage were also collected and calculated. The results shows that the total loading of the impact on enviroument is 247.36 mPET,2000 when 100 kg rice-straw is fired to generate electricity, while wheat-straw 268.74 mPET,2000 and the corn-straw 267.33 mPET,2000. The mainly impact of straw generation by. direct combustion on environment is the soot and dust, which also plays a significant role in the impact on the local region. Taking the rice-straw generation by direct combustion for an example, 100kg rice-straw can absorb 167.60 kg CO2 from environment and emit only 164.24 kg CO2 to environment. Through these data, it can be found that the straw generation project by direct combustion plays a positive role to reduce the release of greenhouse gases.
