摘要
贫困大学生由于受到社会、家庭经济条件、学校老师、周围同学、本人学习成绩及兴趣爱好等多重因素影响,大多具有自卑、孤僻内向、焦虑紧张、敏感多疑等负性人格特征。为了让其养成健康良好的和谐人格,在对他们着力经济资助的同时,必须进行心理辅导,特别是依靠同学和朋友帮助进行朋辈心理辅导,加强逆境成才教育、大力开展团体活动,拓宽就业渠道,从根本上改变他们物质和精神上的双重贫困,进而成长为全面发展之人。
Most of poor college students, influenced by the following important tactors, such as, society, home eeonomic eonchtions, teachers, classmates, their own academic grades and interests, have inferiority, unsociability and inwardness, anxiety and intemion, sensitivity and suspicion and other negative personalities. In order to help them establish healthy personalities, we should give them psychological tutor as well as financial aids,especially give them friendship - like psychological help by way of classmates and friends,strengthen talent forming in stress education, cany out team activities,and widen employment channels,so as to eliminate their material and mental poverties and become well- deveoped personnel.
