摘要
按高强度船板的技术要求,设计了E40级低焊接裂纹敏感性钢。采用微合金化结合控轧控冷工艺,以晶粒细化、沉淀强化为主要手段获得了成功,并对钢的可焊性进行了评价。产品已应用于船舶制造工业。
According to technique demand of high strength structural ship steel, E40 grade steel with low welding crack sensitivity is designed. The ways which take grain refinement and precipitation strengthening as main means are achieved combined micro-alloying with controlling roiling and controlling cooling process, welding performance of E40 grade steel is evaluated. Meanwhile, the product is applied in ship building industry.
