摘要
本文检测新生儿硬肿症患儿的血糖和内源性胰岛素浓度。发现硬肿症患儿血糖平均浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),胰岛素浓度两组差异不显著(P<0.05),输糖治疗中低体温、低体重及硬肿程度严重者血糖升高明显。结果提示对重症硬肿症患儿应注意血糖的监测。
The concentrations of blood sugar and endogenic insulin were determined in newborns with scleredema. It was found that the average concentration of blood sugar was lower in the studying group than in the control one. By comparing the results of endogenic insulin great difference was not found between two groups. Glucose was infused into cases in studying group. The concentration of blood sugar increased obviously in such newborns, as were in low temperature, low weight and serious cases. The above results suggest that the concentration of blood sugar should be monitored for the newborns with serious scleredema.
