摘要
对1582份 41岁以上的门诊病人的颈椎侧位×线片中发现后纵韧带骨化27例,患病率为1.7％。男性约为女性2倍。后纵韧带骨化的患病率有随年龄的增长而上升的趋势。27例后纵韧带骨化在侧位×片上分为4型:连续型7例,节段型13例,混合型2例,局限型5例。
In the papcr, 1582 lateral X-ray films of the cervical spine of the outpatientsaged over 41 years were observed. The posterior longitudinal ligament wasossified in 27 cases. The incidence was 1.7%. Male was predominated overfemale(2:1). The incidence increased with age. Roentgenologically, 27 cases of the disease were roughly divided into 4 types: 7 cases of continuous type 13 cases of segmental type, 2 cases of mixed type and 5 cases of circumscribed type. .
