摘要 为了掌握抽油机的运转情况,需要对其参数进行测量,以达到及时排除故障、保证正常生产的目的;从硬件和软件两个部分介绍一种基于嵌入式系统的抽油井测量仪的设计方法;以片上资源丰富的S3CA4b0X为核心构建硬件平台,根据测量参数设计合适的信号处理电路;在μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统的基础上,实现多任务调度,完成对各种信号数据的处理及计算;并着重介绍人机交互界面μC/ GUI的移植方法,通过LCD显示测量结果;经实验表明,此系统运行稳定,具有一定的推广价值。 In order to grasp the working condition of the pumping unit, its parameters should be measured, to achieve the intention of eliminating breakdown in time, and guaranteeing regular production. A design method of oil well logger based on embedded system is introduced from hardware and the software two parts. Taking S3C44b0X as the core of hardware platform, and according to survey parameters appropriate signal processing electric circuit was designed. Taking μC/OS-Ⅱ as the operating system, the multi-task scheduling was realized, Each kind of signal data also can be processed and the computed. And the transplanting method of man-machine interaction contact surface μC/GUI is emphatically introduced, and the measurement results are displayed on LCD. The experiments indicated that, the system is stable, and has certain promoted value.
