排污河道沉积物中重金属的植物修复 被引量:9

Phytoremediation of Heavy Metal in Sewage River Sediment by Lolium Perenne

摘要 利用栽培试验研究了黑麦草对排污河道沉积物中重金属的修复作用。结果表明:种植黑麦草后沉积物中重金属总量减少,各种重金属在黑麦草体内的累积量均为地下部分大于地上部分,Cu的地下部分与地上部分的含量相差最大,地下部分为309.66 mg/kg,比地上部分高出171.40 mg/kg。地上部分累积的重金属含量与其离子交换态含量有一定相关性。种植黑麦草后沉积物中微生物数量增加,过氧化氢酶活性也有所提高。 Pot experiment was conducted to study phytoremediation of Lolium perenne L.to heavy metal contaminated sewage river sediment.Results showed the total heavy metal concentration in soils after planting decreased and the plant had high accumulation ability to the heavy metal in the sediment and the shoot of the plant could accumulate greater amounts of Cu,Cd,Ni and Pb than the root.The greatest amount of heavy metal-Cu in the shoot of Lolium perenne L.was 309.66 mg/kg,higher than that in the root for 171.40 mg/kg. The accumulated amounts of heavy metals in shoot had more direct relation with ion exchangeable heavy metal amount.The results showed the promoted growth of the root microorganism and activities of catalase had improved the quality and activation of the sewage river sediment.
