摘要 调查取证权是辩护权的重要组成部分,而律师调查取证权的顺利行使,是充分行使辩护权的基础。作为辩护律师.只要充分认识到调查取证的重要性,并积极采取相应的对策。就一定能正确履行辩护律师的职责。 Investigation and obtaining proofs are an important part of defensive right. Its smoothness is the basis. As a defensive lawyer, he should realize the importance and take Countermeasures to fulfill his responsibility.
