摘要
以9台386微机系统分别代表东风6机车电传动系统的实际柴油机、励磁发电机、主发电机及6台电动机模块。研制出东风6机车微机系统分布式仿真测试台。各模块采用数字仿真解算数学模型.模块间用AD/DA连接,可测量各物理量的模拟量值。各模块通过串行通讯与一台386主机通讯,主机监控各模块的运行状态.记录运行曲线和数据。这种分布式的测试台结构及数字、模拟混合式的数据处理和信号传输体制能更加形象化地模拟真实的机车电传动系统.既能保证信息的高速传送.又可避免多机连接的同步问题.灵活性高.通用性强。发电机等各模块的数学模型都采用与实际相符的非线性数学模型,精度高。通过本仿真测试台可深入理解内燃机车系统动态特件.减少直接到机车上去测试的人力和物力,还可以提高控制器设计与制造的劳动生产率。
Using 9 sets 386 micro-computers as actual diesel engine, exciter alternator, propulsion alternator and 6 sets traction motors of DONGFENG 6 locomotive electric transmission system respectively, develop DONGFENG 6 Locomotive Micro-computer System Distributed Simulation Trial Platform. Each set solves its mathematical model by digital simulation, analogous value can be got form the AD/DA links between sets. A 386 mainframe monitor communicates with every set by serial ports, and monitoring their running states, recording their simulating curves and data. This kind of distributed construction and data processing as well as signal transmission with compound digital and analogous simulation simulates more visually the actual locomotive electric transmission system, ensuring the information transmitting with high speed as well as avoiding synchronous problem of multi-computer links with good flexibility and generalization. The mathematical modals use nonlinear model conforming to the reality with fine precision. The dynamic performance can be known well by using this simulation trial platform, cut down manpower and material resources on trial of locomotive, improve manufacture efficiency of controller design.
