制浆造纸系统中无机盐垢的控制 被引量:2

摘要 随着制浆造纸生产过程封闭程度的提高,结垢问题也日益严重;结垢将导致造纸设备堵塞、化学品使用效率降低、生产成本提高、产品质量下降等一系列问题。该文讨论了制浆造纸系统中无机盐垢生成的机理、生成的区域及其控制方法。 Scaling and depositing problems are becoming more serious with the closure of papermaking process water system. The scales and deposits result in a series of problems, such as clogging papermaking equipment, lowering the efficiency of chemicals, increasing the production cost, as well as decreasing prodcut qualities. The paper mainly discussed the scaling mechanism, region and control method.
