摘要
随着信息技术的迅速发展,人们对各类建筑物的使用功能要求越来越高,以自动控制技术、通信技术和计算机网络技术组成的楼宇设备自动化控制系统的使用越来越普及。本文主要对智能建筑的现状和发展前景展开讨论,内容包括智能建筑的基本概念,楼宇自动化系统的系统结构和基本功能。
With the rapid development of information technology, the functionality requirement to various kinds of buildings is much higher than before. At present, the Building Automation System（ BAS ）,which consists of automation technology, telecommunication technology and computer networks technology, is widely used. The present situation and developing prospect of the intelligent building is discussed carefully in this paper, the basic concept of intelligent building, the system structure and basic functions of building automation system is discussed.
