摘要
利用超临界CO2萃取技术对芹菜籽油的提取工艺进行了研究和探讨,初步确定超临界CO2萃取芹菜籽油的最佳工艺条件为:原料粒度60目,温度45℃,压力20MPa,流量15L/h,萃取时间2h。
The essential oil from celery seeds was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE),the optimum technological condition of extracting oil from celery seeds was defined: particle size 60meshes,temperature 45℃, working pressure 20MPa, CO2 flow 15L/h, operating time 2h.
