导水茯苓汤加减治疗特发性水肿52例 被引量：1

摘要 特发性水肿是指原因不明以体重增加及全身浮肿为特征的一组临床综合征。常见于生育年龄的女性，好发年龄常在30-50岁，主要表现为腹胀伴有非炎性眼睑、面部、双手及下肢水肿，特征为体位性液体潴留。常常因服用利尿剂、导泻药等后症状加重，出现明显水肿，并以神经官能症及自主神经功能失调者多见，常伴有心烦易怒、月经不调、头晕、心悸乏力、头痛等症状。
