摘要
目的观察VLH-D盆腔炎治疗仪结合中药灌肠对慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为三组，治疗组用盆腔炎治疗仪配合中药灌肠治疗，对照A，B组分别单用盆腔炎治疗仪和盆腔炎二号方灌肠。结果观察组总效率95％，对照A组75％，对照B组72．5％，治疗组与A，B两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论VLH-D盆腔炎治疗仪配合中药灌肠疗效显著，具有良好的临床效果。
Objective To observe the curative effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of the method of the VLH-D pelvic inflammatory disease treatment instrument associate with enema Chinses crude drug . Method 120 patients were random divided into 3 groups ,the observation group and comparison A,B group, treated them with the associate method, single using the equipment and single coloclysis differently. Results the gross efficiency rate of the observation, comparison A and B group were 95%, 75%, 72.5% different, and there had a significant difference between the observation group and both the comparison groups （P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The associate method had a better curative effect.
