抑制性消减杂交技术克隆乙型肝炎病毒前-S1蛋白反式激活蛋白2的反式激活基因

摘要 HBV为带包膜的嗜肝DNA病毒属,其基因组由松弛环状、部分双链DNA(rcDNA)组成。负链较长,约为3200个核苷酸(nt),其5’端共价结合病毒多聚酶;正链较短,长度可变,为1700~2800nt,在其5’端有寡聚核糖核苷酸帽。HBV基因组具有4个开放读码框(ORF),通过不同的起始密码子(ATG)编码至少7个蛋白,包括3个表面抗原:
