摘要
介绍了唐山冀东氯碱有限公司5万t/a电石法PVC生产过程中,每年将产生电石渣浆水45万t、酸性废水4万t、离心母液水15万t,通过技术改造后,将这部分废水进行回收利用,每年可节约资金80万元左右,同时又降低了对环境的污染。
In the production of 50 kt/a PVC by calcium carbide method in Tangshan Jidong Chlor- Alkali Co. ,Ltd. ,450 kt/a carbide slurry water,40 kt/a acid waste water,and 150 kt/a centrifugal mother liquid were released. Through technological remoulding,these water was recovered and utilized,and nearly 0.8 million RMB¥ could be saved per year while reducing their pollution to environment.
