从福建厦门市郊芒果园、南靖县鳞苞锥和广西玉林市郊巨尾按根区采集的土样中分离到一个球囊霉属的新种——长孢球囊霉。本文描述了该种的形态特征及生态环境。
A new species of Glomus from Fujian and Guangxi provinces of China is described and illustracted. The spores of the species are yellow brown to red brown,ellipsoid, ovoid, obovoid or oblong ellipsoid, 110~190(~220) X 65~100(~100) μm.Spore wall has three-layers: L1 hyaline, 1μm, swollen in lactic acid or PVLG;L2-yellow brown, laminated, 3~5(~7) μm, 7~10μm at spore base, L3-light yellow, unit, 0.5~1μm, inseperable from L2. Spore base is funnel-shaped, two layers.Subtending hypha is yellow brown 10~17μm wide, branched at 15~70μm from spore base, with walls thickened at attachment and extending into subtending hypha.Branched hypha has two layers (L1 1~2μm, L2 1μm).
