摘要
粘土矿物研究与油气勘探开发各阶段的地质与工程研究密切相关。我国油气勘探开发中的粘土矿物研究尚显不足。建议创立油气粘土地质学和油气粘土工程学，分别研究油气勘探开发过程中与粘土有关的地质和工程问题。
A high level professional organization for study and application of clay minerals in petroleum exploration and development hasnot been set up in China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) so far. The most important thing for petroleum circle ishow to use the great deal of clay mineral analysis data in petroleum exploration and exploitation. Based on the author,s manyyears of practice, it is considered that it's urgent for CNPC to build up petroleum clay geology and petroleum clayengineering. Four major projects for researching clay minerals are put forward in this paper.
