摘要
在室内合成了两种带螯合基团的咪唑啉衍生物:MC、MP。分别用静态挂片法、电化学法和EDTA滴定法测定了MC、MP在辽河油田欢二联合站滤后水中对A3钢的缓蚀性能及阻垢性能。研究结果表明,MC以缓蚀作用为主,MP以阻垢作用为主,二者按3∶1比例复配、总加量为40mg/l时,60℃下缓蚀率可达86%,75℃下阻垢率可达85%。
Two imidazoline derivatives, MC and MP, are prepared in laboratory. MC has carboxyl and C 17 alkenyl groups and MP-phosphonic and C 1 C 6 alkyl or phenyl groups. The static corrosion experiments for carbon steel A3 in a purified oilfield produced water and the scaling experiments in this water show that with MC added high corrosion and low scaling inhibition and local corrosion are observed and with MP-low corrosion and high scaling inhibition and no local corrosion are observed. MC+MP in mass ratio 3∶1 give satisfactory inhibition both of corrosion, general and local, and of scale formation. The electrochemical polarization curves show that MC+MP are a inhibitor controlling both the anode and cathode processes of steel corrosion.
