摘要
针对环锭纺中导纱钩对成纱捻度、强力及纺纱断头的作用,介绍了新型陶瓷集聚导纱钩的特点,结合纺纱实践分析了新型导纱钩的设计是采用运动摩擦原理,使从三角区出来的纱线通过导纱钩时产生旋转摩擦集聚区,可稳定张力,减少断头,增加强力、减少毛羽;说明该新型导纱钩是取代传统导纱钩的最优产品,值得推广。
As to the effect of the guide wire on the yarn twist, strength, and breakage, introduction is made to the new guide wire of porcelain for compact use. Practical analysis finds the mechanism of the guide wire on the theory of movement friction,making the yarn through the trangle area rotate through the compact area through the guide wire,thus stablizing strength, reducing breakage and hairiness. Conclusion is made that the new guide wire is worthy of being promoted as a good substitution of the conventional product.
