摘要
应用酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(Acid α-Naphthyl Acetate Esterase简称ANAE)组织化学标记法,检测水貂阿留申病、胃肠灸病、自咬病等血液中T淋巴细胞ANAE活性值,其平均数与标准差分别为44.3±4.56、46.5±8.27、46.35±2.27,并与健康水貂的T正常值进行显著性检验,差异极显著(P<0.01)。ANAE可应用于水貂病的免疫学诊断。
Active value of acid α-naphthyl acetate estrase (ANAE) in Tlymphocyte of mink with disease such as Aleutian disease, gastroenteritis and bittlin itself disease was tested by histochemistry lebeling method and the average with standard errors for the three kinds of disease were 44.3±4.56, 46.5±8.27 and 46.35±2.27 respectively which were highly aifferent with that in mormal mink by Significant test at the 10％ level. So ANAE can be applied to immunological diagnosis.
