摘要
本文认为对文献系统观察需要统计学，解决实际问题需要运筹学，而对文献系统行为过程的原因的研究需要动力学，但人们认识文献系统的目的在于控制，因而系统控制方法将是今后发展的方向，是文献计量学走向成熟的标志。
This paper thinks that observation needs staticstics,solving practice problem needs operations research,studying on reason of action course needs dynamics and domination needs system control method for literature system.
