摘要
本试验用12个小麦叶锈菌小种分别对53个已知Lr基因的小麦品种(系)进行了测试,在这些材料中,发现Tc+Lr2a,Tc+Lr3KA,Mediterranean(Lr2a+Lf3)等18个小麦品种(系)对所用小种都表现低反应,Tc+Lr3,Tc+Lr14b等8个品种(系)则都表现高反应。大部分含同一基因的不同品种(系)对同一小种的反应是一致的,但有些则不一致,例如,Manitou和Sonalika(Lr13),Transec和Transfed(Lr25)等。还发现一些对所用的洛夫林10小种能产生低反应的品种(系)。
Of the 53 cultivars or lines with Lr genes, 18 of them, namely, Tc+Lr2a, Tc+Lr3KA, Mediterranean (Lr2a+Lr3) ,Tc+Lr9,Frontana (Lr13), Sonalika (Lr13), Sabikei 12 (Lr18), Agatha (Lr19), Agent (Lr24), 3Ag ~#1 (Lr24), Transfed (Lr25), Gather (Lr27), CS2D/2M=c77.1 (Lr28), 7Ag ~#11 (Lr29), Tc+Lr30, ST-1 and 7Ag ~#1 (Lr19) showed low reaction to all the cultures tested at seedling stage, while 8 of them, namely, Tc+Lr13, Tc+Lr3Bg, Chinese Spring, Tc+Lr10 (Lee), Tc+Lr11 (Hussar), Opal (Lr12), Federation (Lr10) and Tc+Lr14b showed high reaction.The reaction of Tc+Lr3 agreed with that of Mediterranean which contain Lr3 and Lr2a, and the reactions of Tc+Lr3KA and Klein Titan both containing Lr3KA were coincident.Some of the cultivars or lines such as Lr13, Lr27, Lr24, Lr23, Lr17, Lr18, Lr16, etc.with the same Lr gene of resistance showed different reactions to the same cultures. For example, Gather containing Lr27 showed; 1N,; 1N and; 2N to races 361, 377b and 371 respectively, while CS/Hope 3B, also containing Lr27, showed 3+, 3- and 3+ respectively to these races.
