摘要
选取12头黑白花公牛,采用^(125)I标记的睾酮放射免疫测定法,对公牛血清和精清睾酮含量以及与精液品质的关系进行了研究。结果表明,血清和精清睾酮含量在个体间均存在着显著差异,睾酮含量与精液品质呈正相关。
12 stud Holstein bull were chosen to measure the testosterone concentration in serum and seminal plasma by Testosterone—^(125)Ⅰ Radioimmuno-assay (RIA) and correlation between testosterone levels and semen quality. The results showed that significant differences were found between individuals, the testosterone concentration was positively correlated with the semen quality.
