摘要
本文采用相容性等级图法,对酸性混合染料在真丝绸上相容性进行了研究。着重试验了染料结构,染料浓度比,染色工艺对相容性的影响,并测定了以来纳芯蓝GL和酸性藏青5R为主的几组实际处方的相容性。提出了若拼混染料的亲和力,扩散系数相接近以及较大的浓度比和合理的染色工艺条件下,酸性混合染料在真丝绸上的相容性较好。
The compatibility of mixture of acid dyes on silk is studied by means of the scheme
for rating the compatibility. Experiments have been made on effects of different dye
structures, rate of dye concentration,and the compatibility has alsobeen measured for some
production recipes formed mainly by Lanasyn Blue GL and Milling Navy 5R. The paper
indicated that with the approximately same affinities and diffusivities of dye mixtures,
and under larger rate of dye concentration and reasonable dyeing processes, the compa-
bility of mixture of acid dyes on silk will be more satisfactory.
