摘要
用生物测定方法和生化测定方法监测了河北省中部棉蚜对几种杀虫剂的抗药性水平及抗性的生化机制。结果表明本地区棉蚜对氧化乐果,久效磷及呋喃丹的敏感度水平基本一致。棉蚜对氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯的抗药性水平随地区、季节、寄主的不同而有差异。棉蚜的抗药性增加与体内水解酯酶活力有关。
Resistance to several insecticides and its biochemical mechnism of cotton aphid in middle region of Hebei were examined by bioassay and biochemical methods. The results indicaed that the sensitivity of aphid in the region to omethoate, monocrotophos and carbofuran are basically the same. Resistance to fenitrothion and decamethrin of cotton aphid is different in different areas, seasons and hosts. The resistance of aphid is related to activity of hydrolase of aphid.
