摘要
从传热传质的角度建立了一个CaSO_4析晶污垢形成过程的数学模型,并进行了数值模拟计算,计算出了圆管中的温度场、速度场、以及CaSO_4的浓度场,进而计算出了CaSO_4析晶污垢的沉积率、剥蚀率以及污垢热阻随时间的变化规律。
A mathematical model of CaSO4 crystallization fouling process is proposed based on the theory of heat and mass Transfer. A numerical simulation calculation was also carried out. The temperature field, velocity field, and the CaSO4 concentration field in the tube were all calculated. Then the changes of the CaSO4 crystallization fouling deposition rate, the erosion rate and the fouling resistance with time were achieved.
