摘要
在武昌南湖某钻孔桩基础工程试桩施工过程中,由于该地层存有裂隙、溶洞,个别试桩在施工时出现泥浆渗漏、流失、混凝土流失,甚至塌孔,根本无法成桩。项目部根据实际情况,采取了填充片石、粘土冲击成孔的方法,对漏失严重的桩孔,采取直接用混凝土进行填充,效果好,通过上述方法,最终完成了此次施工任务。为今后在工程项目施工中能更好地处理类似情况提供借鉴。
In foundation construction of tested pile in Nanhu,Wuchang,it is hard to drill on account of cracks and karst caves existing in this stratum, which cause slurry leakage and outflow, concrete loss even hole collapses of several piles in construction. According to actual situation, project department drills the piles with the help of filling rubble and clay impact in general;to piles with severe leakage,takes the method of filling the concrete directly and obtains better effect,finally,the project has been completed. It provides the reference for treating similar problems better in other project.
