摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈等调研方法,运用运动训练学、教育学、社会学、经济学、管理学等相关理论,汲取国内外竞技体育后备人才培养的成功经验,结合我国冬季竞技体育及后备人才培养的具体实践,认为我国冬季竞技体育后备人才培养在培养体制、培养方式等方面存在着"重训轻教"、"重体轻育"、教练员水平不高、保障体系薄弱等诸多问题,提出了树立正确人才培养观念、发展多种培养模式、"训教结合"、科学训练、加强教练员队伍建设和完善保障体系等对策,促进我国冬季竞技体育后备人才的全面和可持续发展,为我国冬季竞技体育后备人才的培养决策与实践提供参考。
With the methods of documentary information, consuliting experts and the interrelated theories of sports training, education, sociology, economics and management, imbibing the inland and overseas successful experience in fostering the reserve of competitive sports, and considering the fact of fostering the reserve of Chinese winter competitive sports, the article indicates that there are some problems on fostering the reserve of Chinese winter competitive sports which relate to the idea of thoughtful training but thoughtless education, and low coaches＂ level, weak assurable system in training system and means. It suggests some countermeasures to build up a correct idea of fostering the reserve, to develop multiform foster - patterns, to scientifically combine the training with the education, to reinforce the development of coach team and to improve the assurable system, as references for the decision -making and practice of fostering the reserve to advance the all - sided and sustainable development of Chinese winter competitive sports.
