摘要
应用全微分概念,不忽略角度误差的影响,解平面尺寸链,概念清晰,计算准确,分析了角度误差在平面尺寸链中的作用.
Plane Dimension Chain includes both length and angle variables thus it can not be calculated with simple algebra sum. In order to simplify the calculation, we often intentionally neglect the angle error and assume the angle variable to be constant, which will adversely affect the precision of the solution. In this paper,we adopt total differential algorithm to solve the plane dimension chain,which preserves the angle error. The method is straightforward and accurate,and the analysis of influence of angle error in a Plane Dimension Chain is done.
