摘要
利用Nafion修饰铂丝基体富集——火焰原子吸收法测定痕量银.在0.5~30ng/mL范围内,银的浓度与吸光值呈线性关系,该方法已用于黄铁矿中痕量银的测定,方法的相对标准偏差为3.7%,其灵敏度比常规火焰原子吸收高250倍.
This work utilizes preconcentration of Ag + on a chemically modified Nafion platinum wire prior to their determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). The absorbance is linearly relative to the concentration of Ag + in the range of 0.5~30 ng/mL,and the relative standard derivation of this method is 3.7%. The method has high sensitivity and has been applied to the determination of trace Ag + in pyrite with satisfactory results.
