摘要
采用水溶液缓慢降温法生长了8种掺质TGS系列晶体,即LVATGS,LHITGS,LASTGS,CRTGS,DLSETGS,LCYTGS,LMETGS和LTYTGS晶体。系统地研究了这8种掺质TGS系列晶体的生长形态,并分别与纯TGS进行了对比。利用X射线粉末衍射与红外光谱分析确定掺质均已进入了晶体。当掺质进入TGS晶体后,虽然只引起结构的微小变化,但显著地改变了晶体的生长形态,证明TGS晶体结构对掺质分子是非常敏感的。据此为进一步研究掺质TGS晶体结构与性能关系。
The eight kinds of doped TGS crystal series——L valine doped TGS,L histidine doped TGS,L aspartic acid TGS,creatine doped TGS,DL serine doped TGS,L cysteine doped TGS,L methionine doped TGS and L tyrosine doped TGS,have been grown by slow cooling method of aqueous solution.The growth morphologies of these crystals have been studied systematically and compared with pure TGS crystal respectively.The X ray diffraction and IR spectra of the crystals obtained have been determined.The experimental results show that the dopants have entered into the TGS crystal and led to the obvious influences on growth morphology of the doped TGS crystals,although there are only the slight changes of structure of TGS crystal at the condition of the present of the dopants.So it is clear that the structure of TGS crystal is very seneitive to the dopants.This information provides an scientific basic for researching the relation between the crystal structure of doped TGS and its properties and recognizing the orientation and stack form of the dopant molecules in the structure of doped TGS crystals.
