摘要
用红外光谱法对以环氧氯丙烷作交联剂制备的交联壳聚糖进行表征,并用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法研究其对水中As(Ⅲ)的吸附行为。实验探讨了pH值、吸附时间、吸附剂用量、As(Ⅲ)初始浓度和体积等因素对交联壳聚糖吸附As(Ⅲ)的吸附率的影响。结果表明,在pH=3.0、As(Ⅲ)初始浓度30ng/mL、吸附时间15min、吸附剂用量50mg、溶液体积50mL时,交联壳聚糖对As(Ⅲ)的吸附率可达81.9%,饱和吸附量为51.43ng/mg,As(Ⅲ)浓度降至5.43ng/mL以下。
The token on the Cross-linked Chitosan (CCTS) was carried out by infrared spectrum and the concentration of As(Ⅲ) can be determined by FI-HG-AAS after its conversion to ASH3. Adsorption performance on As(Ⅲ) with Cross-linked Chitosan (CCTS) has been studied in different conditions. The relationship of pH value, dosage of adsorbent, adsorption time, concentration and volume of solution with adsorption ratio was studied. The adsorption rate is 81.9 %,saturation capacity of adsorption is 51.43ng/mg and the residual concentration of As(Ⅲ) is 5.43ng/mL under the optimum conditions such as pH=3.0,dosage of adsorbent 50mg,adsorption time 15min, concentration of solution 30ng/mL,volume of solution 50mL.
