摘要
碱氧一浴法练漂是一项快速高效前处理新工艺,其特点是将常规的退煮漂三步合为一步,即在一浴中完成退浆、煮练、漂白三道工序。ND-82作为强碱浴中的一种新型双氧水非硅稳定剂,可满足碱氧一浴法的工艺要求,对纯棉织物和涤棉混纺织物均有良好效果。
The one bath scouring-bleaching with SH (sodium hydroxide) and HP (hydrogen
peroxide) is a new technology of rapid and highly effective preparation, which is
characterized by combined desizing, scouring and bleaching into one step. ND-82, as a
nonsilicon stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide in a strongly alkaline bath, is available for
this process and good results have been achieved for the fabrics of all cotton and
polyester/cotton. The results of researching and mill production are discussed and the
economy for this process is analysed in this paper.
