摘要
本文以水电参与的电力市场为研究对象,从水电区别于火电的特殊性出发对市场风险进行分析,包括电价风险、竞价风险、来水不确定性风险、市场力风险等。通过分析,掌握水电厂利益在各种风险下的变化情况,及早采取必要的预防措施和规避措施,尽量避免和减少经济损失对水电来说是尤为重要的。
In this paper, the hydraulic electricity participating electricity market is the research object. We analyze the market risk based on the differences between hydraulic electricity and thermal power, which includes electricity price risk, price bidding risk, energy- uncertainty risk, market power risk and so on. It is important for hydraulic power plant to know the changes of interest under possible risks and take preventive measures in order to avoid economic losses through analysis.
