摘要
目的探讨脂多糖(LPS)对HepG-2细胞增殖的影响。方法用LPS刺激HepG-2细胞,MTT方法检测HepG-2细胞增殖的情况。结果LPS刺激组与未加LPS刺激组的A值之间差异有显著性(P<0.01),前者细胞存活率明显高于后者(P<0.01)。结论LPS可以促进HepG-2细胞的生长。
Objective To study the effect of lipopolysaccharide （LPS） on proliferation of HepG -2 cells. Methods The method of MTT was applied to examine the growth of HepG - 2 cells after stimulation of LPS. Results The value of OD in LPS group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The cell livability in LPS group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion LPS can promote the growth of HepG - 2 cells.
