摘要
根据所查文献中大量液态合金组元活度的实验数据,采用科学计算软件及方法,获取了这些数据的拟合曲线,并应用Gibbs-Duhem方程的α函数法对30个二元液态合金体系组元活度数据进行检验;计算出二元系组元的活度值,与实验值进行比较,得出了30个二元液态合金体系两组元的总平均相对误差分别为1.60%和1.70%,并补充了12个体系的无限稀活度系数;表明应用Gibbs-Duhem方程的α函数法可以很好的检验实验数据的热力学一致性,并准确地计算出组元的无限稀活度系数.
Based on of a large quantity of experimental data on liquid alloy element activity from the literature, the fitting curve is obtained with the adoption of scientific methods and calculation software. The component activity data of 30 binary liquid alloys are verified by the a - function which is the conversion of Gidds - Duhem e- quation. Through the comparison between calculated values and the experimental data, it is found out that the average relative errors of the two components are 1.60% and 1.70% respectively. Furthermore, the infinite dilute activity coefficients of 12 binary liquid aUoys are suggested. It is indicated through the results that the method is suitable to verify the thermodynamic consistency of experiment data, and to calculate the infinite dilute activity accurately.
