摘要
建设和谐图书馆是构建和谐校园的一项重要内容.高校建设和谐图书馆要树立正确的和谐发展观、以人为本的管理理念和服务理念,培育良好机制,处理好馆内外人际关系,增强图书馆的凝聚力,营造图书馆良好的文化环境,从而使图书馆事业健康和谐地发展.
The construction of harmonious library is one of the important part of the construction of harmonious society, and it is also the necessity for the transmission of Chinese cultures and the necessity for the development of times. The construction of harmonious library can be achieved through： （ 1 ） establishing a sound outlook on harmonious development; （2） holding the people - centered notion for management and service; （3） developing healthy policy for interpersonal relationship inside and outside the library; （4） creating harmonious cultural atmosphere to promote the cause of library to develop healthily.
