摘要
使用氧化型漂白剂在过氧化氢漂白前进行预处理,以改善后续漂白及提高漂白效率.实验表明,在几种预处理方式中,酸性条件下的H2O2和ClO2的预处理效果较好,漂白得率损失小;6%的H2O2单段过氧化氢漂白可以将杉木CTMP漂白至76.2%ISO的白度,经0.5%ClO2的活化预处理,则可以将白度提高到77.7%ISO.
Pretreatment with small amounts of several oxidants, such as chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide in acid medium, can improve bleaching efficiency in the hydrogen peroxide bleaching stage, and allow a higher brightness and suffer a small yield lose. China fir CTMP pulp can be bleached to 76. 2%ISO by a single-stage peroxide bleaching with the bleaching chemicals, 6% H2O2, 4. 5% NaOH, 2% Na2SiO3 and 0.1% DTPA, and be bleached to a higher brightness of 77.7%ISO after pretreated with 0. 5% ClO2.
