摘要
运用森林生态价值评估的相关理论方法对沈阳棋盘山风景区园区森林生态系统服务功能的经济价值进行评估,包括CO2的固定、O2的释放、森林涵养水源、水土保持(保护土壤)、对SO2降解和滞尘价值。通过计量得出该地区森林生态系统固定CO2和释放O2的价值为7 568.14万元、涵养水源价值为18 483.96万元、水土保持价值为436.11万元、对污染物的降解价值为7 645.69万元。服务功能总经济价值为31 028.92万元。为本区实现森林资源资产化管理和生态建设提供技术依据,为资源性资产价值评估方法提供借鉴和参考。
The ecosystem function of water conservation, soil conservation, air purification, carbon sequestration of Shenyang Qipan Mountain Scenic Spot were evaluated by using the methods of opportunity cost approach, shadow price method, marker price replacement cost method. The results showed that the value of water conservation, soil conservation, carbon sequestration and air purification were 18 483.96 million yuan/a, 436.11 million yuan/a, 7 568.14 million yuan/a and 7 645.69 million yuan/a, respectively, and the total of which was 31 028.92 million yuan/a. This provides fundamentals for forest resources and ecological construction, and resources capital value evaluation.
