海岸植物许树耐盐生物学初探 被引量:7

摘要 通过对许树叶主要矿质元素的积累、叶片形态结构和叶绿素含量的研究发现:①许树叶片气孔频度由淡水培育时的163.5个.mm-2减少至盐水培育的115.7个.mm-2,其减少幅度约30%,以此减少水分的蒸腾而适应其盐境;同时也减少了一些依靠蒸腾力而被动吸收的无机盐在叶中的积累,如Ca2+减少了约61.3%。②许树叶子积累较高的Na、Cl,在盐水条件下叶子积累的Na与Cl分别为3.74%和1.277%,是淡水条件下叶子积累的Na、Cl的19.7倍、1.2倍。③淡水培育的许树叶含有较高的叶绿素,其Ca、Cb与Ca+b分别为10.213 mg.g-1干重、3.474 mg.g-1干重和13.684 mg.g-1干重,与淡土植物大青叶的叶绿素含量相当;盐水条件下,许树成熟叶片的叶绿素含量明显减少,其Ca、Cb与Ca+b比淡水条件下许树叶片的分别减少了53.75%、44.35%和51.37%;但为了适应强光照的阳生生境,Ca/Cb仍为2.44,表现出其对环境的适应。 Based on the study of the mineral element cumulation, morphological structure and chlorophyll content of Clerodendrum inerme leaves, the results showed as follows:① Compared with its higher stomatal frequency (163.5 ·mm^-2) under fresh water condition, coastal plant C. inerme with 115.7 · mm^-2 of stomatal frequency under saline condition decreased by 30% of the stomatal frequency in adaptation to its habitat. Some minerals passively absorbed to decrease accumulation in the leaves, such as mineral Ca^2 +, it decreased by 61.3% of content in the leaves of C. inerme under saline condition. ②Accumulation of elements such as Na, Cl, Ca, etc. in the leaves of C. inerme growing in saline soil were 3.74% ( % of dried weight), 1. 277%, 1.01%, respectively, but that in the leaves of C. inerme growing under fresh water condition are 0.19%, 1. 007%, 2.61%, respectively. ③C. inerme had higher chlorophyll contents under fresh condition, which chlorophyll Ca, chlorophyll Cb and chlorophyll Ca+b are 10. 213 mg ·g^-1( dried weight), 3. 474 mg · g^-1 and 13. 684 mg· g^-1, respectively. In adaptation to saline condition, C. inerme lost 53.75% of chlorophyll ' a' , 44.35% of chlorophyll ‘ b' and 51.37% of chlorophyll‘ a + b', compared with that survived under fresh water condition. The ratio of C. to Cb kept 2.44 for adaptation to its sunny habitat.
