饮醋和有氧运动对人体脂代谢及相关激素的影响 被引量:7

EFFECTS OF DRINKING VINEGAR AND AEROBIC EXERCISE ON HUMAN LIPID METABO-LISM AND RELATIVE HORMONE

摘要 [目的]通过观察饮醋、有氧运动、有氧运动+饮醋对人体脂代谢及相关激素的影响,寻找一种简便易行、有益健康的控制血脂的方法。[方法]40名健康大学男生随机分成对照组、饮醋组、有氧运动组、有氧+饮醋组,主要测试身体成分、血脂成分、胰岛素和皮质醇等指标。[结果]试验后,在身体成分方面,饮醋组,有氧运动组和饮醋+有氧运动组中体重,BMI及体脂百分数显著低于实验前及对照组(P﹤0.05),BMR显著性增加(P﹤0.05)。在血脂成分方面,饮醋组中TG,LDL和apoB与实验前及对照组相比显著性降低(P﹤0.05),但HDL,apoAI显著性升高(P﹤0.05);有氧运动能组及饮醋+有氧运动组中TC,TG,LDL,apoB显著性降低(P﹤0.05),HDL和apoAI显著性升高(P﹤0.05)。关于胰岛素和皮质醇方面,饮醋组中,与实验前及对照组相比,INS显著性降低(P﹤0.05),COR显著性升高(P﹤0.05);有氧运动组中INS显著性降低(P﹤0.05);饮醋+有氧运动组中INS和COR显著性降低(P﹤0.05)。[结论]饮醋、有氧运动均可显著调节血浆中INS和COR的浓度,从而改善人体身体成分、血脂成分;饮醋+有氧运动对血浆中INS和COR的调节比单纯饮醋和单纯进行有氧运动效果有更明显的趋势,从而对身体成分、血脂成分的改善有更佳的趋势。 [Objective] To observe the effect of drinking vinegar, aerobic exercise and both of drinking vinegar and aerobic on the human lipid metabolism and relative hormone, and to seek a convenient, feasibility and healthfid method to control the blood fat. [Methods] 40 heahhv male college students were randomly divided into 4 groups including control group, vinegar group, aerobic exercise group and vinegar plus aerobics group. The main indexes were measured including body composition, blood hpid, insulin and cortisol, et al. [ Results] So far as the body composition be. concerned, the body weight, BMI and ix}dy fat percentage in vinegar group, aerobic exercise group and vinegar plus aerobics group were significantly decreased after experiment when compared with control group and before experiment (P 〈 0.05), while the BMR showed to be significantly increased (P 〈 0.05); About blood fat, the TG, LDL and apoB in vinegar group were significant lower than those of control and before experiment, but HDL and apoAl significantly increased (P 〈 0.05); The TC, TG, LDL and apoB in vinegar plus aerohics group were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05), and HDL and apoAl increased (P 〈 0.05). With respect to insulin and hydrocortisone, In vinegar group, the INS could significantly decreased w-hen compared with control group and before experiment (P 〈 0.05), while CdR increased (P 〈 0.05); The INS significantly decreased in aerobic exercise group (P 〈 0.05); The INS and CdR significantly decreased in vinegar plus aerobics group (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] Drinking vinegar and aerobic exercise could significantly adjust the concentration of INS mid CdR in blood plasma, so as to improve the body composition and blood fat. Tbe effect of combination of drinking vinegar and aerobic exercise on the INS and CdR is significantly better when compared with drinking vinegar or aerobic exercise, accordingly it is more helpful to intprove the body composition and blood fat.
