摘要
资源型城市经济转型与发展是个世界难题。西方发达国家在资源型城市经济的转型与发展方面都很重视财政的支持作用。我国资源型城市目前面临着很多困难,如社会保障不完善,环境恶化,人才流失,公共产品供给不足等。解决我国资源型城市转型与发展困境对策主要在于通过财政的积极介入,完善转型城市公共产品和服务的供给。
The transition and development of resource-based city economy has become a worldwide difficulty. The western developed countries put emphasis on public financial support when resource-based cities begin to transit and develop. Resource-based cities in China face many difficulties such as social security faultiness, environmental deterioration, brain drain and public goods insufficiency, etc. To solve them, we must perfect the provision of public goods and service.
